At EquityPro Management, we provide a variety of services to maximize rent revenue, maintain high occupancy and tenant retention, while at the same time minimizing operating expenses. This is accomplished through customer service, not only to our clients, the owners of the property, but to the tenants we serve.

EquityPro Management is dedicated to provide tenants with fast, reliable service when it comes to maintenance and repairs. Our relationships within the trade industry are strong and we only use highly competent, reliable vendors who are licensed, insured and bonded. We are able to provide quality service at a reasonable cost to our property owners. Our philosophy to tenant retention is simple: tenants will happily pay market rent if they are treated with respect, feel safe in their home and are receiving what they expect and paying for. We take pride in providing timely, safe and reliable maintenance service to our tenants and properties. This encourages our tenants to pay their rent on time, which in turn maximizes tenant retention, minimizes unit turn over, vacancy and down time.

ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING

Let’s face it. Book and record keeping can be time consuming and complicated, an yet, proper, accurate bookkeeping is the economic foundation of any asset. EquityPro Management provides expert accounts payable/receivable bookkeeping and reporting services for all of our commercial real estate clients. Our accounting department is committed to deliver accurate book and record keeping professionally, accurately and efficiently. Detailed monthly reports give our clients the information they need to budget, prepare property summaries, and make sound decisions. Our custom software is specific to property management, whereby providing tenants the ability to pay rent online as well as on line maintenance requests. Property owners have 24/7 access to log into a secure, private portal, giving them the ability to see monthly reports such as rental income, expenses, general ledger and maintenance records.
